Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of passion fruit pulp
- 3oz of Ponche Crema.
- 2oz of passion fruit juice.
- ½ oz of triple sec.
- 2 tbsp of vanilla ice-cream (optional).
- 1 cup of ice
How to prepare it:
Pour 2 tablespoons of previously cooled passion fruit pulp into the martini glass. Then, place the rest of the ingredients in a mixing glass, stir until diluted and cooled, strain and serve carefully on top of the glass containing the pulp to create two layers.
Decoration:
- 1 orange twist.
