Passion fruit Daiquiri


  • 2 tbsp of passion fruit pulp
  • 3oz of Ponche Crema.
  • 2oz of passion fruit juice.
  • ½ oz of triple sec.
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla ice-cream (optional).
  • 1 cup of ice

How to prepare it:

Pour 2 tablespoons of previously cooled passion fruit pulp into the martini glass. Then, place the rest of the ingredients in a mixing glass, stir until diluted and cooled, strain and serve carefully on top of the glass containing the pulp to create two layers.
