Tamarind Mojito


  • 3oz of Ponche Crema.
  • 8 mint leaves.
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1oz of tamarind mash
  • 1 cup of ice.

How to prepare it:

Pour all the ingredients into a blender, blend for 10 seconds until a slush or smooth frozen texture is obtained. Then serve in a long drink glass and enjoy.

  • 2 star-shaped Chinese tamarind slices.
  • 3 thyme sprigs.
  • Option 2:
  • Desired amount of mint sprigs.
